about our sleepwear
all of our sleepwear is made from either 100% cotton poplin or 100% cotton flannel.
poplin is a cotton woven fabric similar in texture & appearance to a dress shirt. It wears cooler than the warmer, furrier texture of flannel. The more times a cotton woven garment is worn & washed, the softer the fabric becomes.
all of our sleepwear fabrics are 100% cotton and they are not pre-shrunk before manufacture. therefore you can expect a little shrinkage of the
garment after its first washing cycle (less than 2% of its original size). if in doubt as to your perfect fit, we recommend going with the larger
sizing, just to be safe.
we are proud to exclusively manufacture our entire 'kooky' range here in the good old USA.
our pajama top has a full length sleeve, notch collar and a single pocket at the bottom of the front panel. our pants feature a fully elastized
waistband with the added security & comfort of a matching drawstring at the front.
sure why not? check with our sizing chart for the garment's dimensions, and if they work out then give it a go. bear in mind though that certain
characteristics of a male will differ from a woman's frame in sizing.

our pajama & boxer short sizing is as follows:
S - 0-4
M - 4-8
L - 8-12
XL - 12-16
our kimono bathrobe sizing is as follows:
S - 0-12
L - 14-18

our pajamas are designed to be roomy & comfortable, but not oversized.
if in doubt as to which size will fit you better, go for your next size up. pajamas are meant to be ample in size for that lounging comfort.
also the pajamas are 100% cotton which will experience a tiny bit of shrinkage upon its first wash. our pajama pant leg length can easily be tailored
to your exact measurements as the hem is suitable for alteration.

our shipping costs start at $4.60 with USPS Priority Mail & $6 with FedEx Home Delivery, and will vary according to your order weight &
shipping distance from New York state, where we are based.
time of delivery for USPS Priority Mail should be 2-3 business days.
time of delivery for FedEx Home Delivery will vary from 2-3 business days on the east coast to 4-5 business days on the west coast.
FedEx 2Day shipping
delivery will take 2 business days, not including the day the shipment is dropped off at the FedEx office. no shipments are possible on the weekend
or US national holidays.
FedEx 2Day starts at $16 and will vary according to weight and distance of shipment.
FedEx Standard Overnight will provide next business day delivery by 3 p.m to most US addresses; by 4.30 p.m to rural areas. Alaska & Hawaii may
take up to 1 day longer depending on delivery location. rates start at $20 and will vary according to weight and distance of shipment.
orders shipped within New York state are subject to the collection of a 8.625% sales tax. all other states are not charged a sales tax.
yes. your credit card billing address must match your order delivery address and be subject to verification. the cost of orders shipped overseas will
be calculated by our shipping cost program.
kooky sleepwear & accessories exchange & returns policy
we accept exchanges & returns for items purchased exclusively on our website within 30 days of receipt of shipment. no item will be accepted
that is not in its original as-new condition (in other words unworn, unwashed & retaining its original tags). the entire amount of the returned
items & any taxes will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable. please ship all returns pre-paid and insured. your credit card will
be refunded upon the correct adherence to the returns process. we do not cover the return cost of shipping for exchanged items so please enclose a
valid credit card # to pay for onward shipping. please use a box to return your sleepwear items to avoid any damage during transit. damaged goods will
not be accepted as a return.
